Our party has a growing presence across India and is active in several states. This is because our mission and goals are centered around the welfare of common people. Our core belief in equality among all religions strengthens our foundation. People from different castes and religions live in harmony within our party. We promote unity and brotherhood. The party also works for the well-being of all living beings—humans, animals, birds—as well as nature. Our key initiatives include protecting the environment, tree plantation, supporting the differently-abled, and working for the progress of farmers and agricultural workers. We give priority to the agriculture sector and fight for farmers’ basic rights, including efforts to stop farmer suicides.

Other major focus areas include:
Promoting unity and harmony among all communities

Addressing issues faced by poor farmers and laborers

The ultimate goal of the Rashtriya Bahujan Party is to bring common people into power and ensure justice, equality, and progress for all sections of society.

Promoting inter-caste marriages, brotherhood, and unity among all castes and religions, building the unity and integrity of the country so that the feelings of caste, religion, gender, or social, economic, and educational discrimination are eradicated. This will help maintain the unity, sovereignty, and cultural diversity of the country.

Foundation Pillars

Shri Sachinji Shringare is the grandson of the late Shri T.S. Baba Shringare, who was the Central Minister of Transport and one of the most honest leaders. He was a disciple of Babasaheb and had received blessings from him in Hyderabad. After Babasaheb, he was the second Dalit minister, and inspired by him, the National Bahujan Party was founded.
